If we can unite and agree to empower, to mentor, to support OUR communities of women, what leadership, what womentrepreneurship, what strength, Then comes success!
Dr. Richardson is also known for her works in mentoring women experiencing rape, homelessness, and domestic violence, and has lectured on topics of Ridding The Self of The Welfare Dependency, Understanding the Millennial Child, and Re-Bouncing from Homelessness.
Dr. Richardson uses her experience of teenage pregnancy, abuse, and
homelessness as a platform when mentoring young women, and high school seniors.
She has successfully defied the odds of society’s statistics of high school
dropout, teenage mother, and homelessness with her eight months old daughter, to
becoming a successful health care professional who shares her journey while
challenging women and high school seniors to maximizing their potential despite
their situated-ness. In her presentations, her passion of perseverance and
endurance ignites the energy of her audience. Her audience walks away more
confident, more inspired, fired up to take on challenges, and passionate and
eager to begin their healing process.
